A selection of projects developed throughout my professional career, with a special focus on rehabilitation, heritage conservation, and interventions in buildings of architectural value. Each project responds to a different context and reflects an approach to architecture based on knowledge of the building, precision in the intervention, and respect for what deserves to be preserved.

A defined process for each project

Study of the property, its condition, its context and the objectives of the intervention.

Diagnosis and proposal

Defining the main needs and proposing the most suitable solutions for the project.

Project development

Preparation of the architectural proposal, technical documentation and definition of each action.

Processing and coordination

Management of the necessary documentation and coordination with the different agents involved in the project.

Project management and monitoring

Supervision of execution to ensure that the project is developed as planned.

Ending

Review of the outcome and closure of the intervention, ensuring the correct execution of each phase.
